The Fall Meetings are a time for our CCI family to come together, connect, share updates, and pray for the future. My goal is not to organize these events myself, but rather help our camp leaders to unite their efforts in organizing events to encourage one another and reflect on what God is doing in our camps. The Urals meeting, which took place this Saturday, was a beautiful example of this. Leaders participated in discussions specific to their roles, focusing on practical challenges and sharing ideas. There were also prayer stations where leaders prayed for their campers, teams, and preparations.
Topics covered included creating effective camp programs, integrating Christian values, handling conflicts, and balancing the spiritual and recreational aspects of camp life. I’m looking forward to hearing about the Moscow meeting on November 30, and I ask for your prayers that this tradition continues to strengthen and inspire our leaders.
