At last year’s CCI annual conference, I co-led a course on program management with my friend and leadership team member Yana. Reading through the feedback forms was such a joy, especially discovering that two participants — Lina from Kazan and Irina from Vladivostok — wanted to volunteer for the next conference.
When I reached out to them, they were thrilled to join the team! We are now collaborating to design a unique and meaningful conference program for camp leaders from Russia, Belarus, and the Baltic States. It’s exciting to see how leaders from different regions are stepping up to make this conference impactful and encouraging for everyone involved.
