Next Monday, February 3, our annual conference will take place, and we are expecting around 300 participants from across Russia — from the Far East to the Black Sea — as well as Belarus and Latvia. We were amazed to see people register at the early bird rate even before details about the program were released, simply because they see the value in what we do.
Over 70 volunteers are coming together to make this event happen. The theme of this year’s conference is “The Year of the Lord’s Favor.” It focuses on renewal, restoration, and God’s grace through Christ, encouraging leaders to find strength, joy, and purpose in ministry. It’s a call to pause, listen to God’s voice, trust His plan, and embrace His guidance — even in times of struggle or doubt. Our hope is that participants will leave the conference refreshed, re-energized, and ready to serve with renewed confidence in God’s presence and love.
