This year, I was privileged to serve alongside an incredible program team — a unique group of talented, devoted, fun-loving, and open-hearted people. Working with them was a true joy, and investing in their growth was one of my greatest blessings. Now, they are heading back to their towns, carrying the inspiration they received at the conference as they begin preparing for the upcoming camp season.
Ksenia, a team member, shared, “For several years, I have served in the program team, which consists of more than 20 people from different cities and countries. Every year, I am amazed at how God unites people who are so different, and by the end of the week, we feel like family. In many organizations, such unity takes years to develop, but for us, it happens from the very first day. Now, this team has become one of my favorite parts of the conference.”
