Called Together — Baltic Retreat Reflections

Our recent Baltic retreat was a refreshing and meaningful time of connection, reflection, and leadership growth.

The first evening was marked by warm fellowship — not in a hotel conference room, but around a shared table in a cozy apartment. We served one another, broke bread, and ended the night with deep conversations over board games. It felt like a true community.

On the second day, we focused on two key areas:

  • Working Genius — One of the most special moments came when we affirmed one another before sharing our assessment results. It was moving to hear how each person’s unique strengths were noticed and valued by others. The process reminded us how beautifully different and complementary we are. We then mapped out our collective strengths and gaps to better understand how to collaborate and where we might need to invite others in.

  • Time with God — Through personal reflection and prayer centered on Ephesians 2:10, we were reminded that we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works. Some spent time by the sea, listening for God’s voice and realigning with His purposes.

This retreat wasn’t just a break — it was a meaningful pause that gave space for reflection and connection. It also helped form unity and warmth in our team as we prepared for and hosted the Baltic seminar. It gave us a strong foundation to understand, appreciate, and support each other better. We also immersed the team in the theme of The Year of the Lord’s Favor as we prepared to carry it into the Baltic STW.
