We are also continuing to prepare for the first Russian-speaking cohort of the Global Leadership Program, which we hope to launch in September. We are not only working on the structure and details of the program; we are also being trained, guided, and helped by more experienced leaders so that we can serve future participants well.
The goal of GLP is not simply to pass on information. The program is designed to help leaders grow through teaching, reflection, small groups, coaching, reading, and practical application in their own ministry contexts.
This is why I am especially grateful for the opportunity to keep growing in IPSAT coaching. I recently conducted a trial IPSAT coaching session and received very helpful feedback. A detailed review of the session with an experienced coach helped me see what has worked, what needs more attention, and how I can be better prepared to support future participants.
In the coming days, invitations will be sent to potential students. We are praying that the right people from different countries and ministry contexts will be able to join — leaders who are ready not simply to attend a program, but to invest deeply in their growth and future ministry.
There is still much to prepare before September, but we are thankful that we are not doing this alone. Please pray for wisdom, teachable hearts, unity in the team, and for the future participants God is already preparing.
